Just as Christ welcomes all, RealOptions makes its resources available to anyone facing an unplanned/crisis pregnancy regardless of race, creed, nationality, country, marital status, or sexual history. Partner with us and help RealOptions continue to offer much needed free services while promoting a culture of life in Silicon Valley.

RealOptions, established in 1981 under the name Crisis Pregnancy Centers, helps an average of 100-150 women, men, and babies every month by providing direct client services and education. Our services include:

• Free pregnancy testing
• Limited ultrasound to confirm pregnancy
• Prenatal Clinic for uninsured clients (1^st and 2^nd trimester)
  
• Physician and clinic referrals
• Confidential and sensitive peer counsel and support
• Sexuality and relationship education
• Abortion education*
• Adoption information and referrals
• Housing and Social Services referrals
• Childbirth classes
• Bible studies
