RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics is a non-profit 501(c)3 recognized for its quality of care since 1981. We provide caring, compassionate, life-affirming reproductive healthcare and support services with or without insurance. We serve women, men, students and families regardless of politics, immigration status, religion, or ability to pay.
RealOptions has four licensed medical clinic locations serving Alameda, and Santa Clara Counties devoted to caring for patients physically, emotionally, and spiritually positively impacting thousands of individuals each year.
Women and children are among the most vulnerable populations in the Bay Area. Healthy, educated, and empowered women are better able to raise healthy, educated, and confident children. By empowering women and men to overcome the effects of poverty and poor health, they can and will live full and productive lives – and so will their children, families, and communities.
We support mothers and fathers before, during, and after their pregnancy. We provide access to optimal health coaching, childbirth classes, maternity clothes, diapers, formula, baby clothes up to size 2T, and baby items that they may need along the way. All of these support services are offered at all Bay Area Clinics at no charge. We also have an extensive list of community partners to help our patients navigate additional needs they may need in the community.
